Messenger in your SIM card Microsite
Challenge
Communicate Messenger service available for local operator Personal cell phones, aiming at enlarging the users’ database and number of sent messages, as well as increasing free trial downloads during June.
Solution
Aiming at personalizing the message to communicate, a young college student character called MatĂas was created. He shares with the target his own experience inviting users to “join the green light with SIMessenger”. The “green light” concept is based on the “available” Messenger status color: if users are always available for chat, the light will remain green. A microsite is developed following this concept informing on a free trial download, how to use SIMessenger (Messenger on the cell phone), and the stores where users who do not have the service already installed can swap their chip for a SIMessenger.
The microsite also fosters viralization of the information through social networks.
Launching is supported with a banner campaign, mailing and Home Event.
