Challenge

Generate a new 2.0 communication channel focused on client services, aiming at attracting non-expert users and leading massive traffic to the use of home banking, thus serving as a channel for user education and interaction.

Solution

A branded Youtube channel is created aiming at providing users with tools to learn about how to operate with the home banking system. This new communication channel is focused on offering support and video tutorials for a better user experience.
These video testimonials hosted in YouTube are targeted to an audience not acquainted with the home banking system and aim at breaking down certain taboos related to its use and functionalities. Through a simple step-by-step procedure, users are taught how to carry out simple transactions, such as how to transfer money from one account to another, how to issue the home banking access password, how to pay a bill online, among others.

Results

The Brand Channel, online since mid November, has already had over 10,900 views.
